Avocado Fruit Smoothie Bowl
A healthy and fast breakfast or even dinner smoothie bowl made with avocado and fruits. This can also be light alternative for ice creams

Ingredients

avocado
peeled and pitted
1
ripe plantain
banana
1
mango
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2
cup
whipped cream
1/2
cup
sugar
Instructions
Zest the lemon first and then juice it.
Peel and chop the fruits except the avocados. Mix it with lemon juice and 2 tsp sugar.
Set aside 1/4 cup the mixed fruits.
In a blender mix together, the chopped avocado with the remaining mixed fruits, sugar and lemon zest. Blend well to make a thick smoothie.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add the whipped cream. Garnish the smoothie bowl with the remaining fruits and lemon zest.
Chill and serve.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
You can choose your favorite fruits and sweeteners like maple syrup.
