Orange dark chocolate cookies were a hit in my family. They are really good with a solid double chocolate flavour, chewy and crunchy. all at one time…..
The orange boosted the flavour along with a hint of ginger, then……… I guess it can be called Orange Dark chocolate Ginger Cookies. If chocolate is your thing, you have to make it right away. You don’t even have to wait for your dough to chill, just bake it.
Did I say, they are eggless too? Oh ya…… I do have used nutmeg powder in addition to ginger to make it extra spicy. Although the nutmeg flavor was not so visible, that was a perfect cookie with a balanced sweetness.
Here is the recipe for the Eggless Orange Dark Chocolate Cookies

UPDATE : Feedback from a friend made me look into this recipe once again. Peel and section the orange. Remove the white rind and the white membrane covering the sectioned orange. If you are not removing the white membrane, the cookie will taste bitter. I used to write this in every recipe using orange or orange peel. In this recipe,I some how missed the point. I deeply regret the mistake.
Happy Cooking
