This is an easy and fast meal made from leftover beef curry and noodles. The spices in the beef and green peas make the dish more savory. You can use the recipe to use the thanksgiving leftovers.

Ingredients
4cupsof Water
Salt to taste
8ozNoodles
1tbspUnsalted Butter
1cupof Beef curryrecipe link above
¼cupGreen peasfrozen or fresh
⅛tspground Black Pepper
Instructions
Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a large vessel.
Add salt and stir well.
Cook the noodles in boiling water with occasional stirring until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Add the defrosted green peas into the butter. Cook for a minute.
Then add the beef curry and cook for 1 minute.
Toss the cooked noodles along with the beef-peas mixture.
Sprinkle the ground black pepper and toss well with a fork or chopstick.
Serve warm.
Notes
Save ⅛ cup of the drained water if you are using a dry beef curry without gravy. Add this water into the beef-peas mix before tossing the noodle. This will help prevent the noodles from sticking together.
