8Graham crackerslarge sheets
1/2shelled pistachioroasted and crushed
1/4cupdark cocoa powder
5tbspbutter
2tbspdark cocoa powder
1/4cupmilk
4Kit-kat
2-3tbspdrinking chocolate powderfor dusting
Instructions
Place the crackers in a zip-lock bag and seal it. Using a rolling pin, crush it to form a crumbled powder, not a fine powder, just crumbled. transfer it to a bowl.
Add the powdered pistachios into it and mix well. Keep aside.
Boil water in a large vessel. Mix together butter and 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder in a heat-proof bowl. Melt it over the boiling water.
Pour this chocolate-butter mixture into the crumbled crackers and mix well.
Mix together milk and 2 tbsp cocoa powder in another bowl. Let it boil until thick.
Add this mixture also to the crumbled crackers.
Chop the Kitkat bars and add it the mixture. Mix well with a spatula until just everything comes together.
Transfer the mixture to a plastic wrap and wrap tightly to make a log or rectangle shape.
Refrigerate overnight.
Then unwrap and dust with drinking chocolate powder.
