Two Ingredient Milk Peda Recipe
Make delicious milk peda that can be spooned with just two ingredients. This authentic Indian sweet in it's pure milk taste is mouth-watering.

Ingredients

or 4 cups of Full fat Milk

Instructions
Add the Milk to a large non stick or ceramic vessel. Bring the milk to a boil with occasional stirring.
Reduce the flame and evaporate the milk with occasional stirring.
After 10-15 minutes, the milk will start to thicken. Keep cooking.
After 1 hour it will reach a thick creamy paste like consistency. Most of the water from the milk would have evaporated.
Add sugar and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Keep cooking for 10 more minutes.
Remove from heat. The sweet will be thick, sticky and of a paste like consistency. Transfer it into a small bowl. Let it cool down completely.
It will set and become a little thick when cooled. Don't except it to have a liquid consistency.
Now you can scoop it using a spoon and enjoy.
Notes
Always use a large non stick or heavy bottom ceramic vessel to prevent the milk from burning.
Always use full fat milk for a delicious peda. You can also add cream for a rich flavor.
Keep stirring occasionally to avoid the milk from burning. This also helps in mixing the cream layer formed on top while cooking.
Also scrape the milk layers from the edges of the vessel and mix with the milk.
You can add more or less sugar according to taste.
