Refreshing Mango Avocado Smoothie
A refreshing and creamy smoothie made with mango, avocado and lemon juice. They make a healthy breakfast .

Ingredients

ripe mango
1/2
avocado
pitted
Juice of 1 lemon
2-3
tbsp
sugar
Instructions
Peel and dice the mango
Slice the avocado flesh from the skin.
Add the diced mango, avocado, lemon juice and sugar in a blender.
Blend until smooth, creamy and without any chunks.
Serve chilled.
Notes
1:Adjust the amount of sugar as required.
