Refreshing Mango Avocado Smoothie

Make a refreshing creamy smoothie with ripe mango and avocado, a healthy breakfast
Mango Avocado Smoothie

I am not a great avocado fan except in smoothies. I know many people loves avocado pretty well that they will take it in any form. It’s good too… I know… Still I’m not into that group. I never knew a fruit like this even existed before coming to the US. We have seen it in Walmart during the grocery shoppings, but always hesitated to try our hands on it. And when we had the courage to test the new fruit, we bought one, only one. And when I tasted it for the first time….hoooo…. I just can’t tell you how I felt. I just put the entire fruit in the trash….Now I regret…. I shouldn’t have done that….

But now I buy avocados, a lot….. I love it in smoothies, especially fruit smoothies. Although I like all fruit smoothies, my favorite one is the healthy, most refreshing mango avocado smoothie. Now I don’t add yogurt in my smoothies, since avocados are there which give a silky smooth texture to them. I’m not going to talk about all those amazing benefits of avocados here, so straight to the recipe, here we go…..
