Ingredients
500gprawn/ shrimpcleaned and deveined
1/2tspturmeric powder
2-3green chilli
1tbspginger paste
2garlic clovescrushed
1sprig of curry leaves
1/4cupwater
1/4tspmustard seed
1tbspcooking oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a sauce pan, mix together the cleaned prawns, turmeric powder, salt, ginger paste, crushed garlic, green chilli, half of the curry leaves and water.
Cook on medium low heat until half cooked.
Remove from heat. Keep aside.
Now heat oil in a pan. Crackle the mustard seeds.
Fry the remaining curry leaves in the oil.
Then add the half cooked prawn curry into the pan, Cook on medium-high heat with stirring until the water evaporates.
Remove from heat. Serve warm
Notes
1:Increase or decrease the number of green chilli to your taste.
