Spicy Ginger-Chilli Prawn Fry, this is my Amma’s recipe. She is a perfect cook. She will prepare tasty dishes from anything in minutes.
This is the best prawn fry I ever tried and is very easy to make with very few ingredients. But there is one thing I don’t like while preparing the prawns / shrimp, the cleaning. This is the most time-consuming process in this preparation. But I don’t care since the curry is excitingly tasty and spicy. So here is my mother’s super tasty Spicy Ginger-Chilli Prawn Fry recipe.
